Davide Centonze

Davide Centonze holds a Master’s degree in Law and several IT certifications. With
over 25 years of service in the Italian State Police, he has gained extensive experience
in investigations related to organized crime, including mafia activities, homicides, drug
trafficking, online child exploitation and abuse, and terrorism.
Since 2013, specialized in cybercrime investigations, with a focus on cyber-terrorism,
online child sexual exploitation, financial crimes, and intellectual property violations in
the digital environment. Combines legal expertise with strong technical skills in digital
forensics, web analysis, OSINT, and financial tracking, including cryptocurrency
investigations. Currently serves as Head of the Cyber-Terrorism Team at the Centro
Operativo per la Sicurezza Cibernetica Sicilia Orientale in Catania.
Recipient of several national and international awards and widely recognized as an
expert in multidisciplinary investigative approaches and international cooperation. Over
the past six years, has led major operations against online counterfeiting and digital
piracy, applying an innovative approach based on the principles of follow the money,
follow the stream, and follow the people.
Also active as an international trainer in OSINT (GIAC-certified analyst), digital
forensics, and cyber financial investigations.
Involved in national and international projects focused on developing OSINT
investigative platforms and artificial intelligence tools to support law enforcement
activities.
